Are you a reliable, safety-first driver ready to hit the open road with an operation that values your expertise? We are seeking professional Class A CDL Drivers for our long-haul Over-the-Road (OTR) and Team Driving routes. If you thrive on the open highway and take pride in precision flatbed operations, we want you on our team.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will haul critical freight across routes stretching 500 to 750 miles and beyond. This is a true long-haul, non-local position, making it perfect for drivers who love the OTR lifestyle and team camaraderie. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Operating modern diesel-powered tractor-trailers efficiently across long distances.
- Conducting rigorous pre-trip and post-trip inspections of both your tractor and flatbed trailer to maintain our high safety standards.
- Maintaining strict compliance with DOT regulations by managing your Electronic Logging Device (ELD).
- Assisting ground crews with the loading and unloading process when necessary.
We handle specialized freight, so we need experienced professionals who can handle both manual and automatic transmission tractors. To qualify, you must meet the following criteria:
- Experience: 1+ years of professional truck driving experience plus at least 1 year of dedicated flatbed experience. (Experience with Conestoga trailers is highly preferred!)
- Licensing: A valid Class A CDL and an active DOT Medical Card.
- Compliance: Ability to pass a mandatory DOT drug screen and a proven safety record.
- Flexibility: Absolute readiness for team driving and OTR schedules.
Because our routes are extensive and dictated by rapidly moving business needs, this is not a home-daily position. Home time varies based on your specific routes and scheduling configurations, offering you maximum miles and excellent earning potential while out on the road.
If you are a dependable driver with a sharp focus on safety, mechanical integrity, and regulatory compliance, let’s get you behind the wheel.
Apply today to launch your next great journey on the road!
