We are seeking a motivated Shipping Specialist to oversee and execute our outbound shipping operations. In this role, you will be the driving force behind ensuring our products are properly prepared, safely transported, and delivered on time to meet our customers' needs
salary: $40,000 - $43,680 per year

Responsibilities
The role is highly labor-intensive and involves a mix of physical, administrative, and driving tasks:
- Shipping & Handling: Prepares, finishes, wraps, and palletizes outbound shipments. Loads and unloads delivery trucks.
- Logistics & Administration: Processes shipments using UPS, FedEx, and other customer portals. Accurately completes paperwork, files documents, schedules delivery appointments, and enters data into the internal ERP system.
- Equipment & Driving Operations: Operates powered industrial trucks like forklifts and electric jacks. Operates the company delivery truck as needed, which includes conducting pre-departure inspections, keeping logs, and strictly following DOT regulations and safety standards.
- Collaboration: Works across departments to ensure deadlines are met and assists the Receiving team as necessary.
