A premier organization in Mechanicsville is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you won't just turn wrenches—you'll be the backbone of our operations, keeping high-powered production equipment, PLCs, and facilities running at peak performance. salary: $22 - $30 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 6 PM - 2 AM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Technical Maintenance: strong ability to troubleshoot and repair 3-phase power distribution, PLCs, high-power drives, VFDs, industrial machine controls, and mechanical components (gears, bearings, motors).
Facilities & Systems: Knowledgeable in basic facility maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, boilers, and chillers.
Schematics & Tools: Proficient in reading blueprints and complex schematics; experienced using precision measuring equipment.
Safety & Compliance: strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
Core Skills: strong problem-solving, communication, and basic computer skills (MS Word/Excel).
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
