This isn't a boring, repetitive assembly line job. As a Production & Warehouse Associate, you will get to use both your mind and your hands, splitting your time between high-quality custom fabrication and active warehouse logistics.
- Bring Designs to Life: Fabricate and install custom, high-end foam assemblies directly into cases.
- Operate Cool Tech: Handle light manufacturing, case customization, and learn to operate a CNC water jet machine.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Fabricate and install custom foam assemblies into cases
• Light manufacturing & customization of cases
• Operate CNC water jet machine
• Assist in managing inventory in two warehouse locations
• General warehouse & operations duties
• Shipping & receiving, loading & unloading trucks, operating pallet lift
• Maintain an organized and safe working environment
• Regular work days: Mon – Fri, 7:30am to 4:30pm
Qualifications:
• US Citizenship or legal US working status (i.e. Green Card)
• Mechanical aptitude
• Construction, assembly, and fabrication experience
• Ability to use power tools and measuring tools
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Exceptional communication skills
• Highly organized, independent, and reliable
• Quality oriented
• Ability to lift/move <50 lb. boxes throughout the day
• Team player
• Valid driver’s license, dependable mode of transportation to/from work
• High school diploma or equivalency
• Fluency in English (speak/read)
• Successful pre-employment background check & drug screening
