Responsibilities
- Equipment Operation: Set up, start up, and operate assigned production machinery according to standard operating procedures.
- Quality Assurance: Regularly inspect finished products to ensure they meet strict quality and dimensional specifications; report any defects immediately.
- Material Management: Feed raw materials or parts into the machines and monitor the production flow to prevent jams or slowdowns.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform basic, routine machine maintenance (cleaning, lubricating) and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues as they arise.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
