- Skills: Proficiency in TIG, MIG, and ARC welding; hands-on die grinding and repair experience.

- Technical Knowledge: Basic math, deductive reasoning, and familiarity with Microsoft Office (CAD/SolidWorks experience is a plus).

Responsibilities
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on dies to ensure consistent equipment performance.
- Repair & Fabrication: Execute daily repairs, fabricate components (exit chutes, deflectors, brackets, etc.), and reconstruct heavily damaged inserts.
- Precision Work: Grind cutting inserts, replace sensors, and sharpen punches/bushings to master surface standards.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate overhead cranes and large industrial forklifts.
- Workflow Management: Document repairs through work orders and maintain a clean, organized work area.
