Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on packaging and bottling lines and related production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues on fillers, cappers, labelers, conveyors, wrappers, and related automated equipment.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting including control circuits, sensors, motors, drives, and basic PLC-related diagnostics.
- Inspect, adjust, and replace mechanical and electrical components to maintain equipment performance.
- Support equipment setup, changeovers, startups, and line adjustments.
- Respond quickly to breakdowns to reduce downtime and maintain production schedules.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and documentation.
- Collaborate with Production and Operations teams to improve equipment efficiency and reliability.
- Follow all safety procedures, GMP requirements, and sanitation standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on uptime and equipment performance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized maintenance workspace.
