Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable CNC Operator / Machinist to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with entry-level to a few years of experience looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and job instructions
- Set up tools, fixtures, and materials
- Load CNC programs and set offsets
- Operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, routers)
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments
- Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot minor issues and replace tools as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Meet production goals and deadlines
- 0–3 years of CNC or machining experience
- Ability to read basic blueprints and use measuring tools
- Basic knowledge of CNC machines and tooling
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Experience with CNC setup or editing programs
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software
