Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Overnight Warehouse Porter / Janitor to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of our facility in Bay Shore. This is a crucial role that ensures our warehouse team steps into a clean and hazard-free environment every morning.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Warehouse Cleanliness: Sweep, mop, and operate floor scrubbers in the main warehouse aisles and loading dock areas.
- Waste Management: Empty warehouse trash bins, recycle bins, and break down large cardboard boxes.
- Sanitization: Clean and sanitize high-touch areas, breakrooms, offices, and restrooms during the quiet hours.
- Safety & Hazards: Promptly clean up spills and ensure walkways are clear of debris to prevent accidents.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies (soap, paper towels, trash liners) and notify supervisors when ordering is needed.
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or warehouse porter roles is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
- Must be comfortable working the 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout the night.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to the Bay Shore area for the overnight shift.
- Consistent overnight hours with steady weekly pay ($17 - $18/hr).
