Key Responsibilities
- Disassemble industrial cooking devices and machinery to prepare them for deep cleaning.
- Operate power washing equipment to thoroughly clean large production tools and machine components.
- Safely apply, mix, and store commercial cleaning supplies and sanitizers.
- Mop, scrub, and sanitize all production floor areas to maintain a spotless and safe environment.
- Proactively identify areas that require additional cleaning and address them immediately.
- Reassemble cooking devices accurately once sanitation is complete.
- Follow all facility safety rules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and food safety guidelines.
