Responsibilities
- Empacadores / Pickers & Packers ($17 - $18/hr): Encargados de seleccionar los productos correctos, armar pedidos y empacar las cajas de manera segura para su envío. (No se requiere experiencia, ¡nosotros te entrenamos!).
- Operadores de Pallet Jack ($17.50 - $18.50/hr): Movimiento de paletas y mercancía pesada dentro del almacén utilizando un pallet jack eléctrico o manual para mantener las líneas de producción abastecidas.
- Personal de Inventario / Control de Calidad ($18 - $19/hr): Responsables de contar mercancía, verificar códigos de barra, reportar daños y asegurarse de que el sistema de inventario esté al día. Se requiere buena atención al detalle.
- Operadores de Montacargas / Forklift Operators ($18.50 - $20/hr): Carga y descarga de camiones, organización de mercancía en racks altos utilizando montacargas (Forklift). Se requiere certificación o experiencia comprobable.
- Supervisores de Turno / Almacén ($20+/hr según experiencia): Líderes encargados de coordinar al equipo, asegurar que se cumplan las metas diarias de envío, mantener las normas de seguridad y reportar a la gerencia.
