Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Repair: Diagnose, service, and repair small gas engines (2-stroke and 4-stroke) and complex hydraulic systems/attachments.
- Hands-on Troubleshooting: Utilize core mechanical knowledge to inspect equipment for wear and tear, identify malfunctions, and perform teardowns and rebuilds.
- Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance (oil changes, filter replacements, seal replacements, and system flushes) to maximize fleet uptime and safety.
- Documentation: Accurately log all repairs, parts used, and maintenance records within our internal service tracking system.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work bay. Adhere to all company safety policies, PPE requirements, and environmental regulations regarding hazardous materials (oil, fuel, hydraulic fluid).
