We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Production Technician to support our plant engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of various engineering projects. This role offers a dynamic blend of technical work, data analysis, and practical problem-solving within a climate-controlled manufacturing environment. Must be able to pass background check and drug test to be eligible.

salary: $22 - $23 per hour

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Project Support: Assist plant engineers in the design, development, and testing of engineering projects.
  
  
• Testing & Data Collection: Conduct tests and experiments to gather data and improve product designs.
  
  
• Equipment Maintenance: Install, troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain engineering equipment and testing instruments.
  
  
• Quality Control: Perform detailed inspections to ensure all products and processes comply with company and safety standards.
  
  
• Technical Documentation: Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics, and prepare detailed technical reports.
  
  
• Production Support: Provide hands-on technical assistance during the manufacturing process.
  
  
• Inventory Management: Manage and track the inventory of tools, equipment, and materials.
  
  
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members across all levels, contribute to project meetings, and assist with project timelines and budgets.
