What You’ll Do (The Mission) As Team Lead, you won't just oversee processes—you will inspire people. You will support the management team in running daily operations, hit KPIs, and keep our warehouse moving like clockwork.
- Lead & Inspire: Manage a dedicated group of operators, coordinate workloads, monitor performance, and ensure the team smashes daily production targets.
- Master the Floor: Take ownership of a specific warehouse section, jumping into picking, packing, receiving, and shipping emergency part orders whenever needed.
- Safety & Standards First: Champions of safety, this is on you. You'll handle weekly and monthly safety checklists and strictly enforce health and safety protocols.
- Precision & Quality: Generate daily cycle count sheets to maintain pristine inventory accuracy, and champion 5S discipline and housekeeping standards.
- Build an Agile Team: Cross-train team members across all warehouse functions to build a flexible, high-performing workforce.
- Proven Leadership: Experience guiding, supporting, and motivating a team to meet strict quality standards and KPIs.
- Warehouse Expertise: Deep familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOPs), inventory management, and shipping/receiving logistics.
- Safety-First Mindset: A proactive attitude toward maintaining a secure, clean, and hazard-free work environment (5S experience is a huge plus!).
- Adaptability: A hands-on leader who is ready to cross-train and pivot between tasks as customer demands shift.

Responsibilities
Generate Cycle Count Sheets on a daily basis for team
Handle safety checklist on a weekly and monthly basis
Conduct daily functions properly as designated in the different work areas
following SOP’s
Become integral part of team in operation of housekeeping, 5S, quality
control, receiving, picking, packing, cycle counting and shipping stock and
emergency part orders
Cross-train to effectively perform in all warehouse functions
Responsible for the operation of a section within the Warehouse function.
Supporting the Management Team with the day-to-day operation of the
warehouse,
responsible for a group of operators and ensuring an efficient warehouse
operation in achieving business targets.
Provide management to the team, coordinating their workloads, providing
support to ensure that the team delivers, monitoring any issues, and
ensuring production targets,
KPIs, and quality standards are met in order to meet the requirements of
the customer.
