We are currently seeking skilled and dedicated Maintenance Mechanics to join our team across all three shifts to keep our production and packaging lines running smoothly.
Position Summary
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining high-speed production and facility equipment. This role has a heavy focus on executing Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedules and utilizing PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Preventative Maintenance (PM): Perform routine PMs on all food production equipment (mixers, conveyors, blenders, industrial freezers, and high-speed packaging machinery) according to scheduled timelines.
- Electrical & PLC Troubleshooting: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical control circuits, sensors, VFDs, and PLCs to quickly resolve automated machinery issues.
- Mechanical Repairs: Repair and replace pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical components including gearboxes, pumps, valves, bearings, and belts.
- Emergency Diagnostics: Respond rapidly to line breakdowns during production hours to minimize downtime and ensure a continuous manufacturing flow.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, safe work environment following OSHA standards and food manufacturing regulations (SQF/GMP).
