In this role, you may assist with machine operation, lifting and moving materials, measuring ingredients or products, assembling items, blending or mixing materials, supporting cooking/processing areas, packing, labeling, staging, and keeping the work area clean and organized. Candidates should be comfortable standing for the shift, following work instructions, working safely, and helping wherever needed based on daily production needs.
Experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse, machine operation, material handling, or general labor is preferred, but reliable entry-level candidates will also be considered.

Responsibilities
- Work in different production departments based on daily business needs
- Assist with machine operation, basic setup, loading materials, and monitoring production flow
- Lift, move, stage, and organize materials throughout the facility
- Measure, weigh, mix, blend, or prepare materials according to production instructions
- Assist with assembly, packing, labeling, and general production support
- Follow batch, work order, or department instructions to help complete daily production goals
- Support cooking, blending, or processing areas as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Perform basic quality checks and report any issues to supervisors
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies
- Be flexible to help wherever needed across production, warehouse, and material handling area
