Responsibilities

The Site Manager will manages the daily labor needs by training and supervising production staff to meet production goals efficiently. This includes meeting optimal staffing levels, enforcing safety protocols, and managing employee performance to maintain quality standards and operational continuity. This role requires balancing hands-on floor supervision with administrative staffing tasks.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week
