Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician with a proven track record of independence and technical excellence. In this role, you will be the go-to person for keeping our facility and production lines running smoothly. You will have full ownership over your workload—meaning you are a "go-getter" who can see what needs to be done, solve complex problems, and execute tasks without needing to be micromanaged.
You will balance your time between keeping ahead of the game with preventative maintenance and jumping into action to handle reactive repairs when unexpected breakdowns occur.
salary: $63,500 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Keep Us Running: Perform high-level troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on specialized industrial machinery, facility assets, and production lines.
- Diagnose & Solve: Use your multi-craft skills to tackle daily electrical, pneumatic, and automated systems challenges.
- Be Proactive: Execute scheduled PM routines to minimize downtime, while remaining flexible enough to handle urgent, reactive maintenance requests.
- Work Autonomously: Manage your daily tasks independently, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safe practices without daily hand-holding.
- Build the Culture: Bring a great attitude to the floor every day, communicate effectively with production operators, and contribute to a supportive, positive team environment
- Automation & Air Systems: Solid, hands-on experience working with PLCs (troubleshooting/diagnostics) and pneumatic systems (valves, cylinders, compressors).
- Electrical Knowledge: industrial electrical skills (troubleshooting control panels, motors, drives, and reading schematics safely).
- Versatile Trades: Good working knowledge of general plumbing and basic HVAC systems to handle facility-wide upkeeps.
- Mindset: A true self-starter and problem-solver with a positive, team-first attitude.
