Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and overages.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to management.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Ensure products are properly labeled, stored, and organized within the warehouse.
- Track inventory movements, transfers, and adjustments.
- Collaborate with receiving, shipping, and operations teams to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Generate inventory reports and provide data to management as needed.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Assist with warehouse projects and process improvements as assigned.
