Shift / Schedule: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Day Shift) | 3/2 Rotating Schedule (Alternating weeks of 3 days on/4 days off, then 4 days on/3 days off—includes bi-weekly weekends).
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Rogersville, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring automated machinery used to process and manufacture high-quality copper wire products. The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Machine Operation & Setup: Set up mechanical parts, align materials, and safely operate high-speed processing or slitting machinery.
- Quality Control: Constantly monitor the line to ensure the product meets precise gauge, thickness, and insulation/coating standards. Take measurements and cross-reference with provided job sheets.
- Process Monitoring: Ensure critical manufacturing variables (like keeping specialized equipment running smoothly or ensuring materials do not dry out mid-process) are maintained.
- Troubleshooting: Identify minor mechanical failures or material jams on the line and perform basic troubleshooting or adjustments.
- Material Handling & Packaging: Prep finished product rolls, wrap or pack them into designated crates or boxes, and handle minor inventory tracking.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, clean-swept, and hazard-free workspace around your machinery.
