Key Responsibilities
- Oversee food safety and quality standards across production
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and company procedures
- Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods
- Monitor production processes to ensure consistency and quality
- Lead investigations into quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Supervise and support quality control staff
- Maintain accurate quality records and documentation
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Work closely with production teams to resolve quality concerns
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Quality Manager position (for highly experienced candidates)
- Quality Technician role (for those earlier in their quality career)
- Previous experience in a quality or food manufacturing role
- Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP preferred)
- Ability to lead and train team members
- Good communication and organizational skills
