That’s us—Baldwin & Richardson—and we are growing fast! We are looking to hire 10 to 15 Assistant Production Operators immediately for our 2nd and 3rd shifts.

The Role: Assistant Production Operator As an Assistant Production Operator, you’ll be the ultimate teammate on the line. You’ll be helping our machine operators keep things running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing:
- Keeping the production line stocked and filled with the materials needed.
- Ensuring everything flows seamlessly so we can hit our daily goals.
- Learning the ins and outs of food manufacturing from the ground up.
- 2nd Shift: 4pm - 12:30 am Monday - Friday
- 3rd Shift: 12am - 8:30am Tuesday - Saturday
- Entry-Level friendly: We provide the training; you bring the work ethic.
- Immediate Start: We have 10-15 spots open right now, so we are moving fast!
- Growth Potential: Learn the ropes as an assistant and work your way up to a full machine operator.
salary: $18 - $18.75 per hour
