You will be responsible for the safe, precise, and efficient assembly of specialized electrical control panels according to engineered technical specifications.
What You’ll Do:
- Precision Assembly: Build complex electrical control panels and execute large wire assemblies from start to finish.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and point-to-point wiring diagrams.
- Industrial Wiring: Utilize specialized industrial wiring tools and panel-building equipment.
- Quality Assurance: Verify components against build sheets and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and QA checklists.
- Safety & Organization: Maintain a pristine, safe workbench and manufacturing floor environment.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience building electrical control panels or handling precision/large wire assembly.
- Skills: Advanced familiarity with standard industry practices, wiring techniques, and specialized assembly tools.
- Screening: Ability to clear standard background, drug, and verification checks prior to your start date.
- Great Work-Life Balance: Consistent Monday through Friday schedule with standard day shift hours and flexible morning start windows.
- Top-Tier Environment: Work in a clean, climate-controlled, precision manufacturing floor—not a dark, dusty warehouse.

Responsibilities
For the safe, precise, and efficient assembly of electrical control panels according to engineered technical specifications.
- High school diploma with 1–2 years of hands-on experience building electrical control panels.
- Deep experience and familiarity with standard practices, techniques, and specialized tools used for precision wiring.
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics, drawings, and point-to-point wiring diagrams.
- Adhere to all quality assurance checklists and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment including general housekeeping and bench organization.
- Ability to verify accuracy of components and materials needed against build sheets in a timely manner.
