Responsibilities
What You'll Do (The Day-to-Day)
- Material Movement & Heavy Lifting: Consistently lift, carry, push, and pull raw materials and finished products from one area of the facility to another.
- Stocking & Staging: Organize, stack, and restock inventory onto shelves, pallets, or designated storage areas to keep production lines running smoothly.
- Loading & Unloading: Help load finished goods onto trucks for shipment and unload incoming raw materials, checking them against instructions.
- Following Route & Placement Instructions: Carefully follow verbal or written directions to ensure the right items are moved to the exact right locations safely.
- Space Organization: Keep the warehouse floor, aisles, and stocking areas clean, orderly, and free of obstructions.
