We are seeking an analytical and technically driven Electronic Test Technician to join our product validation and quality group. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up test environments, evaluating the functional performance of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs), and diagnosing technical discrepancies down to the component level. Working closely with both manufacturing teams and design engineers, you will act as a primary line of defense to ensure that every circuit functions precisely as intended and adheres to rigid electronic industry standards. Responsibilities

Required Experience & Technical Skills

• Circuit Operation Comprehension: A solid grasp of fundamental electronics theory (Ohm’s Law, AC/DC circuit behaviors, power rails, signal filters, and logic state processing).
  
  
• Electronic Component Identification: Absolute fluency with surface-mount technology (SMT) and through-hole packaging sizes, value markings, orientation indicators, and electrostatic discharge (ESD) handling risks.
  
  
• PCB Layout Literacy: Experience utilizing layout tools or viewer software (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, Eagle, or KiCad) to locate physical layers, buried vias, and signal nodes on dense board layouts.
  
  
• IPC Framework Familiarity: Familiarity with IPC-A-610 (Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies) guidelines or IPC-7711/7721 (Rework, Modification, and Repair) practices. An active or previous certification is highly desirable.
  
  
• Soldering and Modification Skills: Clean micro-soldering hand skills to safely remove and replace fine-pitch SMT components or install engineering wire modifications without overheating pads.
