This is a highly physical, high-energy position perfect for someone who thrives on staying moving, loves organizational accuracy, and wants a consistent 40-hour workweek with great pay.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Volume Shipping: Operate daily UPS and FedEx computer software systems to process outbound shipments, generating accurate tracking labels and manifest documentation.
- Order Fulfillment & Inventory: Pull inventory and verify SKU numbers to ensure 100% accuracy before final boxing and distribution.
- Logistics & Receiving: Safely load and unload 53-foot trailers using both manual and electric pallet jacks.
- Package Handling: Efficiently sort and load incoming UPS/FedEx packages as they arrive.
- Physical Stamina: This is a very physical job! You should be comfortable walking an average of 20,000 steps a day across the warehouse floor to keep operations moving efficiently.
- Lifting Ability: Capability to safely and repeatedly lift, push, and pull freight weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating basic shipping software (UPS/FedEx) on a daily basis.
- Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for matching numbers/SKUs to prevent shipping errors.
- Reliability: Punctual and ready to hit the ground running every Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
