We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Supervisor to join our food manufacturing team. This position is responsible for leading our Quality Assurance team and ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do
- Supervise and support Quality Assurance technicians during daily production.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards, including GMPs and HACCP.
- Monitor production processes, conduct inspections, and verify quality records.
- Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conforming products while implementing corrective actions.
- Oversee product testing, sanitation verification, and equipment calibration.
- Coordinate product holds, releases, and the disposition of non-conforming materials.
- Train employees on food safety, quality procedures, and company standards.
- Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Analyze quality data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Partner with Production, Maintenance, and Sanitation teams to ensure consistent product quality.
- Previous experience in quality assurance within a food manufacturing environment.
- Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, food safety systems, and regulatory requirements.
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems.
