We are seeking a highly skilled and articulate Test Technician to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical problem-solving and exceptional client support. You will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing advanced electronic assemblies down to the component level, while also serving as a professional technical point of contact for our clients.

The ideal candidate brings a background in fiber optics, audio, or video technology, allowing them to hit the ground running with minimal learning curve.



salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year

Responsibilities

Technical & Repair Expertise

• Component-Level Troubleshooting: Diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex failures in electronic assemblies, PCBs, and system-level components.
  
  
• Rework & Self-Repairs: Independently execute precise reworks and repairs on faulty units based on diagnostics.
  
  
• Test Equipment Mastery: Utilizing diagnostic tools including oscilloscopes, digital multimeters (DMMs), and function generators to analyze circuitry and signals.
  
  
• Precision Soldering: Perform high-quality, reliable soldering for both Thru-hole and Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) components.
