Responsibilities
- Inspect meat products for quality, freshness, and proper packaging.
- Check product temperatures during receiving, storage, and shipping.
- Ensure labels, lot numbers, and expiration dates are correct.
- Identify and report damaged, spoiled, or incorrect products.
- Remove products that do not meet quality standards.
- Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor warehouse cleanliness and food safety practices.
