- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience setting up, operating, and adjusting CNC lathe / Swiss machinery (Required).
- Equipment Expertise: Direct experience with Star and/or Citizen machines (Required).
- Industry Standards: Background working within highly regulated environments (ISO 9001, aerospace, or Medical Class 1-3 manufacturing) is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: blueprint reading skills, familiarity with precision measuring tools, and a deep commitment to safe programming and shop safety.

Responsibilities
- Machine Operation & Setup: Efficiently set up, program, and operate Star and/or Citizen Swiss CNC lathes to maximize daily production output and maintain machine health.
- Precision Fabrication: Manufacture high-tolerance components conforming to exact customer specifications, working frequently with Medical Class 1, 2, 3, and ISO 9001 controlled products.
- Documentation & Tooling: Establish and update comprehensive tool sheets for new or modified production runs; accurately document daily activities in the team communications log.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough part inspections and maintain precise calibration to safeguard strict quality standards and tight tolerances.
- Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine preventative and predictive maintenance on machinery and work centers. Strictly adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and job safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Monitor cycle times and machine performance, immediately reporting any programming issues or discrepancies to the Team Leader.
