Key Responsibilities
- Safe Operations: Safely operate a commercial Class B vehicle (e.g., straight truck, box truck, dump truck) in compliance with all local, state, and federal DOT regulations.
- Delivery & Logistics: Transport and deliver goods to designated commercial or residential locations following a set daily schedule.
- Loading & Unloading: Assist with or oversee the secure loading and unloading of cargo, using equipment like pallet jacks, hand trucks, or liftgates as required.
- Vehicle Inspections: Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (DVIR) to ensure mechanical safety and report any issues immediately.
- Customer Service: Act as a professional representative of our company at delivery sites, collecting signatures and ensuring accurate delivery paperwork.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate electronic or paper logs, mileage tracking, and delivery receipts.

Responsibilities
Valid CDL (Class B)
Current Medical Card
Clean driving record and background
Ability to comply with DOT standards
Ability to operate a 33 foot box truck to include using clutch, lift gate and air brakes
Able to navigate through city, interstate and small roadways
strong written and oral communication skills to communicate with customers in determining needs
Ability to quickly learn various delivery routes which may change throughout the workweek.
Ability to stand, walk, sit for long periods of time, able to push and pull carts weighing in excess of 1500lbs, carry up totes that may weigh up to 50lbs
