An industrial manufacturer in Deer Park is seeking a skilled technician to build, wire, and terminate high- and low-voltage electrical control panels from schematics. You will mount sensors, troubleshoot automated production machinery with engineers, and redline blueprints, requiring experience with AC motors, PLC I/O wiring, and 3-phase power. Responsibilities

• Build and wire electrical control panels from scratch based on schematic drawings.
  
  
• Safely terminate all low-voltage and high-voltage (480V/230V 3-phase) wires back to main panels and junction boxes.
  
  
• Install and mount a variety of industrial automation sensors, including proximity sensors, photo-eyes, laser through-beams, and vision systems.
  
  
• Assist with mechanical assembly, equipment installation, and general facilities maintenance as needed.
  
  
• System Troubleshooting & Quality Control
  
  
• Use diagnostic tools and electrical instruments to identify, isolate, and fix electrical issues alongside Controls Engineers.
  
  
• Carefully review electrical drawings during the build process, catch wiring errors, wire the system correctly, and formally "redline" (document) changes so engineering can update the final drawing sets.
  
  
• Interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs) to verify parts and manage components for upcoming builds.
