Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues to minimize downtime.
- Repair and maintain production equipment including fillers, tablet presses, encapsulators, conveyors, labelers, and packaging systems.
- Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately within the CMMS.
- Support equipment changeovers and production startup activities.
- Ensure equipment operates in compliance with GMP, FDA, OSHA, and company standards.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Validation teams to resolve equipment issues.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to increase equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in root cause investigations and corrective/preventive actions (CAPAs) as needed.
