Qualified applicants will have experience setting up and operating a stamping press and forming machines. This position will train on the first shift for the first couple of weeks, then will transition to the second shift hours of 3:30 pm to 12 am. Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily production and quality control of parts manufactured on
hobbing, forming, lockbar, and component stamping presses, including simple
and complex die changes.
• Produce required quantities within established specifications and tolerances.
• Measure and inspect finished parts using precision tools to ensure compliance
with functional, quality, and cosmetic standards.
• Perform routine quality checks and make necessary adjustments, including on
hobbed parts.
• Inspect equipment prior to use for proper setup and alignment; perform basic
adjustments and routine maintenance.
• Maintain accurate production logs, including output and rejected or discarded
pieces.
• Maintain required efficiency rates.
• Set up forming and lockbar stamping tools.
• Ensure compliance with all safety requirements.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Demonstrate organizational skills.
• Maintain punctual attendance and flexibility to work overtime as needed.
