Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Hands-on Lab & Tech Support:
- Lab Testing: Get hands-on in the lab, master the equipment, run product tests, and assist Engineering with technical tasks.
- Product Support: Troubleshoot product/equipment issues and maintain accurate technical logs and SOPs.
- Asset Care: Manage lab inventory, test equipment, and software licensing.
- Stakeholder Relations: Follow up directly with customers, distributors, and vendors regarding product inquiries, orders, or technical questions.
- Sales Collaboration: Partner with the VP of Sales to provide technical support during the sales cycle.
- Coordination: Act as the central bridge between Engineering, Sales, and external partners.
Requirements:
- Experience: [1-3 years] in a technical support, lab, or customer-facing role balancing tech and people.
- Mindset: A unique blend of curiosity for hands-on technical testing and interpersonal skills.
- Tech Skills: Proficient with CRMs, project tools, and standard office suites.
- Background or interest in engineering, electronics, or physical sciences.
- Experience coordinating between technical teams and commercial sales teams.
