We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented Pickers and Packers to join a growing distribution center. In this role, you will be the final step in ensuring our customers receive exactly what they ordered, on time and in perfect condition. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and like staying active on the job, we want you on our team.

salary: $17 - $18 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 4 PM - 12 AM
education: No Degree Required



Responsibilities

• Pick Orders: Accurately pull items from warehouse shelves based on customer order slips, picking lists, or RF scanner instructions.
  
  
• Pack & Ship: Carefully pack items into shipping boxes, ensuring proper use of protective materials to prevent transit damage.
  
  
• Quality Check: Verify that the correct items, sizes, and quantities are packed for every single order.
  
  
• Labeling: Print and affix shipping labels and packing slips accurately to prepare boxes for outbound freight.
  
  
• Inventory Tracking: Report any stock discrepancies, low inventory, or damaged products to the floor supervisor.
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
