Machine Assembler (Trainee)

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Machine Assembler to join our team. We are an internationally recognized manufacturing facility specializing in high-precision industrial machinery and components.

Role Overview You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training in safe operations, including mechanical assembly, fabrication, basic machining, wiring, product recognition, and material handling.

Primary Responsibilities

• Learn basic setup, mechanical/electrical wiring assembly, and fabrication.
  
  
• Master troubleshooting and repair techniques for defective units.
  
  
• Safely operate hand and power tools to assemble and test precision parts.
  
  
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to safety and quality guidelines.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move parts/assemblies weighing up to 50 lbs onto/off work tables or the floor.
  
  
• Perform work in seated or standing positions with routine walking, bending, crouching, kneeling, and reaching.
  
  
• Use repetitive hand and arm motions to grasp, orient, and transport assembly parts.
  
  
• Operate power-assisted machinery and fixtures to assemble components.
