This is a unique, high-impact role that blends digital precision with hands-on teamwork. You will be the master of our NetSuite order system while also stepping onto the warehouse floor to keep our logistics running like a well-oiled machine.

Responsibilities
- NetSuite Order Processing: Accurately execute and fulfill customer orders within the NetSuite ERP system.
- Documentation & Quality Control: Generate, verify, and organize shipping labels and order-related documents to ensure parts, quantities, and configurations are 100% correct.
- Technical Product Prep: Perform technical recoding of transceivers and other hardware, ensuring precise part labeling before packaging.
- Careful Packaging: Pull inventory and pack orders with a high standard of professional presentation and care.
- Shipping & Logistics: Process shipments using UPS and FedEx software, verify dispatch details, and handle carrier hand-offs or drop-offs.
- Team "Flex" Player: Proactively step in to assist with labeling, packing, or shipping whenever workflows bottleneck or teammates need support.
- Warehouse Standards: Keep a clean, safe, and organized workspace to prevent delays and maintain safety.
