Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team at our commercial plastic sanitizing plant. In this role, you will be responsible for handling high-volume commercial plastic crates through our automated washing and sanitization process. You will ensure that inventory flows smoothly from incoming dirty shipments to clean, outbound deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading & Unloading: Safely unload incoming shipments of dirty commercial plastic crates and reload clean, wrapped stacks onto outbound trailers.
  
  
• Production Staging: Stage and feed dirty crates into industrial sanitizing machinery, and safely catch, inspect, and stack the clean crates as they exit.
  
  
• Inventory Tracking: Use RF scan guns and our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to accurately track, log, and verify crate counts against customer orders.
  
  
• Quality & Hygiene: Inspect crates for damage before and after washing, ensuring all items meet clean hygiene standards.
  
  
• Safety & PPE: Strictly follow all safety guidelines, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and using proper, safe lifting techniques.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience as a warehouse worker, material handler, or picker/packer preferred.
  
  
• Ability to comfortably lift up to [50] lbs and stand/walk for the duration of a shift.
  
  
• Experience or familiarity with RF scanners and basic inventory software is a big plus.
  
  
• Great attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to working safely.
