What You’ll Do:

• Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance: Troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild industrial equipment using hand/power tools, drills, and taps. Diagnose AC/DC circuits, wire control panels, and maintain solid-state components in compliance with NEC standards.
  
  
• Fluid Power & Piping: Design, cut, thread, and route lines for air, water, and hydraulic systems.
  
  
• Fabrication & Joining: Execute precise repairs utilizing AC/DC arc welding, oxy-acetylene torches, and silver brazing.
  
  
• Safety Leadership: Enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols to ensure a zero-energy safe work environment.
  
  

What You Bring:

• Proven hands-on experience in industrial equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
  
  
• Working knowledge of NEC code, piping layout, and metal joining techniques.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical Maintenance: Troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild machinery using standard hand/power tools, drills, and taps.
  
  
• Electrical Systems: Wire, layout, and diagnose AC/DC control panels, industrial components, and solid-state circuitry per NEC code.
  
  
• Piping & Hydraulics: Layout, cut, thread, and route lines for air, water, and hydraulic fluid systems.
  
  
• Fabrication & Joining: Perform AC/DC arc welding, silver soldering, and torch cutting/brazing.
  
  
• Safety Compliance: Proficient in industrial Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures.
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time

working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week

working weekends
