You'll work closely with engineering, purchasing, and production teams to keep assembly lines moving and deliver top-quality products on time.
salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly master production schedules based on customer demand, sales forecasts, and stock levels.
- Support production capacity for designated product groups, directing work priorities for operational teams (approx. 10 assemblers).
- Analyze production capacity, labor availability, and line utilization to optimize manufacturing efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Release, manage, and track manufacturing work orders within the ERP/MRP system.
- Partner with Purchasing to ensure raw component availability, monitor work-in-process (WIP), track finished goods, and avoid inventory bottlenecks.
- Coordinate continuously with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to resolve shop-floor delays, technical blockers, or component shortages.
- Track operational KPIs, prepare inventory and production status reports, and communicate schedule adjustments across departments.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/5S) and maintain strict adherence to quality management standards and safety protocols.
