Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Safely operate sheet metal fabrication equipment, including:
- Amada Laser: Laser cutting materials
- Amada Punch Press: Punching materials
- Accurshear: Shearing sheet metal
- Accurpress: Forming and bending materials
- Amada Laser: Laser cutting materials
- Finishing & Quality: Perform deburring and finishing operations on raw or cut metal parts to ensure high quality standards.
- Material Handling: Load and unload materials from machines and staging areas efficiently.
- Inspection: Inspect finished parts for quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to all company safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Work Ethic: Highly motivated, dependable, punctual, and possesses a strong "can-do" attitude.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in an active, fast-paced, and hands-on production environment.
- Experience: Previous machine operating or sheet metal experience is a plus, but "green" entry-level applicants are strongly encouraged to apply!
