Pay Range: $22-$25/hr
Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and love keeping things organized behind the scenes? We are looking for an experienced Inventory Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will play a critical part in keeping our production floor running smoothly. You will handle incoming shipments, build accurate material kits for manufacturing, maintain precise inventory counts, and make sure parts get where they need to go—on time, every time.

Responsibilities
- Receiving & Logistics: Count and verify incoming vendor shipments, pack items for outside processing, and prepare finished goods according to work instructions.
- Kitting & Distribution: Assemble material kits for production work orders and deliver them to designated work centers.
- Inventory Control: Restock returned parts, track inventory discrepancies, maintain organized stock areas, and participate in regular cycle counts and annual audits.
- Quality & Safety: Report non-conforming or damaged products to leadership immediately and suggest process improvements where possible.
