Candidates must have a high school diploma/GED or at least two years of SMT inspection experience in electronics manufacturing. Key skills include the ability to identify micro-scale components, interpret assembly drawings and BOMs, and accurately document defects. Furthermore, strong manual dexterity, close-vision acuity, and strict adherence to ESD compliance are required. Candidates holding current IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certifications and experience in high-reliability PCBA environments are preferred.
