We are seeking a detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to set up and operate computer numerical control (CNC) machinery to manufacture high-precision metal or plastic components. You will read blueprints, load raw materials, monitor production runs, and perform strict quality inspections using precise measuring tools to ensure parts meet client specifications.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Set up, calibrate, and run 3- to 5-axis CNC mills and lathes per technical drawings.
- Loading & Setup: Load raw stock using proper fixtures and vices, ensuring accurate alignment.
- Quality Inspection: Inspect parts with calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify tight tolerances.
- Adjustments: Perform tool offsets, speed/feed tweaks, and basic program adjustments on control panels.
- Maintenance: Execute daily machine maintenance, check coolant levels, and clear chips.
- Safety: Maintain a clean work area and strictly adhere to safety standards and PPE guidelines.
- Education: High school diploma or GED; technical or vocational training preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and basic GD&T.
- Technical Skills: Basic G-code/M-code knowledge and proficiency with precision measuring tools.
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long shifts, and work safely around machinery.
