The Role Got CNC experience and love leading a team? We need a hands-on 2nd Shift Team Lead who can hit production goals and lead by example.
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years in manufacturing with CNC/machining experience.
- Leadership & communication skills (positive attitude required!).
- Ability to work hands-on with tools (drills, nail guns, tape measures).
- Comfort reading shop orders, layouts, and process specs.
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- $52k–$55k starting pay
- 4-day work week = Every Friday off!

Responsibilities
This position requires the following essential knowledge, skills and abilities in order to satisfactorily fulfil the position. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment including CNC/machining. • Previous experience of leading team with effective communication skills with a positive and professional attitude. • Ability to perform as an individual contributor with high productivity and lead the team at the same time. • The ability to lead machine team with comprehensive CNC/machine experience. • The ability to use basic hand tools such as nail gun, drills, screws, and a tape measure. • The ability work in a fast-paced environment for an extended period of time. • The ability to read and understand layouts, shop orders and process control documents. • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook (email), Excel, Word, and Teams • Ability to work in the shift: Monday-Thursday 3PM to 1:30AM plus overtime as assigned
