- Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of production equipment, facility systems, and building grounds. Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime, maximize production efficiency, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, calibrating, installing, and maintaining industrial machinery and facility systems while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Install, test, commission, and support the startup of new or relocated production equipment.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromechanical systems on production equipment.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine root causes to minimize downtime and prevent recurrence.
- Inspect production equipment and facility systems to identify maintenance needs and potential failures.
- Develop, execute, and continuously improve preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to maximize equipment reliability and extend asset life.
- Perform equipment calibration and replace worn or defective components as required.
- Complete basic facility maintenance and building repairs as needed.
- Perform Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures in accordance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and established safety practices.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely maintenance records using written and electronic maintenance management systems.
