What You’ll Get to Do Every Day
- Keep Local Operations Moving: Deliver key tools, materials, and specialized equipment to project sites and facilities across the local area safely and on schedule.
- Support Warehouse Operations: Load and unload delivery vehicles using forklifts and material-handling equipment, inspect incoming freight, and keep inventory accurate and organized.
- Drive with Focus & Safety: Maintain clean DOT logs, perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections, and uphold transportation safety standards on the road and in the facility.
- Driving Experience: 3+ years of professional driving experience with a clean driving record (Valid Driver’s License required; Class B CDL preferred).
- South Florida Savvy: Experience navigating Boca Raton and broader metropolitan driving environments.
- Equipment & Technical Skills: Active Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) and experience managing DOT-compliant logs.
- Role Requirements: Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the day, manage time effectively, and maintain a safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities
- Logistics & Delivery: Transport equipment, tools, and supplies safely between company facilities, vendor locations, and active project job sites.
- Loading & Material Handling: Safely load, secure, and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling machinery.
- Inventory & Shipping/Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments, verify freight accuracy against packing slips, and assist with stock replenishment and inventory audits.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, structured, and hazard-free warehouse environment to maximize operational efficiency.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain precise DOT logs and driver documentation in strict adherence to DOT regulations, company safety guidelines, and transportation laws.
