Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety: Strictly adhere to all safety rules, plant practices, and lockout/tagout protocols.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine PMs, including lubrication, measuring wear, adjusting alignments, and monitoring machine vibration/noise.
- Emergency Repairs: Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical breakdowns during active production.
- Electrical & Automation: Install conduit/wire. Replace motors, relays, switches, and proximity/photo sensors. Diagnose AC/DC drives and circuit boards. Read schematics and PLC ladder logic.
- Fluid Power: Repair and replace components in pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam systems.
- Admin & Housekeeping: Maintain clean work areas and complete accurate maintenance logs.
- Proven multi-craft background in industrial electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Able to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and blueprints.
- Proficient with multimeters and precision measuring tools.
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
