We are seeking a detail-oriented Plating Specialist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will manage daily chemical processing tasks, maintain equipment, operate material handling machinery, and strictly adhere to environmental and safety protocols to keep production running efficiently. **Candidates must have previous plating experince**

Responsibilities

• Execute daily production schedules and meet output targets by maintaining smooth workflow.
• Accurately weigh, sequence, and handle chemicals and raw materials per standard operating procedures.
• Safely operate forklifts and hand jacks to transport materials throughout the facility.
• Log material movements, enter production data into computer systems, and maintain complete records.
• Assist Process Engineers with chemical evaluations and perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Follow all safety guidelines, wear required PPE, and actively participate in ongoing hazardous waste and chemical handling training.
• Communicate promptly across departments to flag operational issues and resolve bottlenecks.
